Notices of acceptance as PERFORMER will be 3 days after submitting application. No refunds after payments have been made.

Attending students under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

FEES

All sales are final.  No refunds after payments have been made.

Performer Fee (upon acceptance/audition required via YouTube link submissions) $495 due after emailed acceptance letter. To audition to be a Performer you must submit YouTube Audition Links, Application and non-refundable Application Fee $45  (not included in class fee) which is good for a 1 year membership to the San Francisco Flute Society (normally SFFS membership is $65) by June 1, 2014.  Be prepared to play 4 contrasting works.  No refunds after payment has been made.

Auditor Participant Week Fee (open enrollment/YouTube link audition is optional):  $295 includes auditing all Masterclasses, participation in the Mock Audition, participation in Workshops, participation in the Flutes by the Sea Flute Choir Rehearsals & Concert June 11th conducted by Janelle Barrera and admission to all concerts and lectures.  Unlimited places accepted thru June 1, 2014.  Auditor Participant must pay $45 non-refundable application fee (not included in the class fee) which is good for 1 year membership to the San Francisco Flute Society (normally SFFS membership is $65).

Auditor Participant 1 Day Fee (open enrollment):  $89 includes entrance and participation where applicable to all activities for one day including evening concerts (must pay $45 application fee/SFFS membership good for one year, normally SFFS membership is $65).

Auditor Only 1/2 Days: Tues & Wed  – (open enrollment):  $120 no participation in morning workshops, no mock audition, no Flutes by the Sea Flute Choir – 1/2 Day Tuesday & Wednesday only 2pm – 9pm which includes Gary Schocker Masterclass, afternoon lecture/workshop and the evening concerts (must pay $45 application fee/SFFS membership good for one year, normally SFFS membership is $65).

HOUSING  There are several hotels in Half Moon Bay, please check Hotels.com for listings.  The most affordable hotel which is also the closest to the event is the Coastside Inn which is located 15 minutes walking from our venue.
